🔹 3. Can I choose my own doctor or clinic?

Medicare Bridge partners with a network of designated healthcare providers island-wide.
While you cannot choose a specific provider, you may:

  • Indicate your preferred locations (e.g., Central, East, North)

  • Be matched based on convenience and medical suitability

This helps us ensure affordable and timely access to care, while maintaining quality control with trusted providers.

🔹 4. Where are your healthcare providers located?

We work with a growing network of clinics and specialists located across Singapore — including:

  • Central Singapore (Novena, Orchard, Upper Thomson, Ang Mo Kio, Alexandra)

  • East (East Coast, Tampines)

  • West (Boon Lay)

  • North (Marsiling, Ang Mo Kio)

  • Northeast (Hougang, Kovan)

You’ll be matched with a provider closest to your indicated preferences.

🔹 5. Can I still use Chas / Medisave for my treatments?

Yes! You may enjoy a 10% off for all GP treatments and medications, on top of utilizing Chas or Medisave subsidies.

🔹 6. What if I miss an appointment?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may count as redeemed unless otherwise rescheduled with our team.

🔹 7. How do I make payment?

We accept PayNow transfers via QR code or UEN. After payment, simply upload your confirmation screenshot via our membership form. We do not store credit card or payment details on our platform.

🔹 8. Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via PayNow using our official UEN. No card information is collected or stored on our site.

🔹 9. How is my personal data handled?

We are fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. Your information is used strictly for service coordination and communication. You can review our full Privacy Policy for more information.

🔹 10. Is Medicare Bridge recognized by MOH?

Medicare Bridge is a private healthcare coordination service. While we work with licensed medical providers, we are not part of MOH subsidy schemes or government health plans.

🔹 11. How does the referral program work?

When you refer someone to our membership, you receive a 5% referral fee based on the total membership price.
For example:

  • Refer a $299 Basic membership → you earn $14.95

  • Refer a $499 Premium membership → you earn $24.95

  • Refer a $899 Comprehensive membership → you earn $44.95
